Kevin, Irene, Mike & Nichole - The Duford Team

Meet The Duford Team! Kevin & Irene are at the head of The Duford Team. Both were born and raised in Southern California, but they made Kingman their home in 1989 and have happily resided here ever since. Irene has been in the mortgage industry for 11 years and her experience is invaluable! She will find the best loan for each individual and will make sure you feel comfortable and are well-aware of the loan process. Kevin taught high school history for over 20 years before he made the change to work in the mortgage industry. He has been working side by side with his lovely wife for 5 years now. They enjoy helping people live the dream of owning their own home, and they try their hardest to make each individual’s experience a positive one. Together they make a great team! Mike is Irene’s assistant in the office. He will be handling your file throughout the majority of the loan process. He is in the office daily and will be there to answer any questions you may have. Mike is a great asset to The Duford Team! He is a graduate of Arizona Culinary Institute and quite often we get to enjoy his culinary masterpieces! Nichole is our marketing representative and is frequently out and about. You may see her around town, taking care of our customers and making sure they are having an enjoyable experience with our team! She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, with a degree in Elementary Education. She loves to teach, but enjoys the flexibility of working on The Duford Team where she can spend some time during the day working from home with her son! We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and knowledge of the loan programs available to our clients. We understand that the home loan process can be overwhelming at times, and we make it our priority to make sure you are comfortable throughout the process and even after.
